These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuikPly platform, including all associated websites, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

QuikPly offers Free, Pro ($9/month), and Lifetime ($49 one-time) plans. Features and limits vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days' notice.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. To request a refund, contact us at support@quikply.com within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime plans cannot be canceled for a refund after the 14-day window.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and proprietary content, is owned by QuikPly and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of the reviews and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant QuikPly a limited license to process, store, and use it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train public AI models.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue in effect.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED RESPONSES ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BEFORE USE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKPLY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuikPly from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuikPly is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
